W.P.(C) No.27406 of 2013 2
2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 7.11.2013, an interim order was granted by this Court granting police protection. Despite service of the notice, the party respondents have not chosen to appear before this Court.
3. The learned Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, submits that, the apprehension expressed from the part of the petitioner is thoroughly wrong and misconceived and there is no threat to the law and order situation. It is also stated that, there is no sustainable cause of action enabling the petitioner to approach this Court and if there occurs any threat to the law and order situation at any point of time, it is always open for the petitioner to bring to the notice of the police and the police is ready to take remedial measures.
In the light of above submission, this Court finds that, no positive direction is required, as there is no threat to the law and order situation as on date. Hence interference is declined and the writ petition is dismissed.
