Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016, made in W.P.(MD).No. 22108 of 2015, has been complied with by the respondents in letter and spirit and produced a copy of the letter of the fourth respondent namely the District Educational Officer, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District in e.f.vz;.22/M3/2015> dated 06.03.2017.
2.Recording the statement and taking into account the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 06.03.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed.
