JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.08.2017 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.Heard Mr.R.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was enquired into and found that the dispute is purely civil in nature and that the complaint was therefore closed.
4.Recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
