JUDGMENT / ORDER

On 13.09.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner reported "No Instructions" and therefore, this Court directed the name of the petitioner to be printed in the cause list and posted to this day.
2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Connected W.P.M.P. is closed.
