S.R.Kalyana Krishnan vs Mr.T.S.Xavier

Failure to comply with the direction of this Court to complete the investigation within a short period, is the subject matter of this Contempt of Court Case. Now the learned Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is already over, and the police has submitted final report in court, long back. In such a situation, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no further action is required. These two submissions are recorded, and this proceeding is closed.
