JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.590 of 2014 filed by the respondent/husband before the Sub Court, Tambaram, for divorce to the file of the competent Court at Madurai.
2. The petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband got married on 27.01.2010 and a child was born to them on 16.04.2012. Due to dispute, both the petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband are living separately. In view of that, the respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.590 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram and to transfer the said petition only, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed stating that the petitioner/wife is living with her parents in Maduai and it is very difficult for her to travel from Madurai to Tambaram by covering about 460 Kms.
3. The learned Counsel for the respondent/husband has filed a Memo of Consent by the respondent/husband stating that he has got no objection for transferring the petition in H.M.O.P.No.590 of 2014 as prayed for.
4. Therefore, H.M.O.P.No.590 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.
5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as above. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
