This Review Petition coming on for orders this day, NARAYANA SWAMY J., made the following:
O R D E R This Review petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 21st Marcy, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.9530 of 2018.
Heard the learned counsel for the Review Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
2. Based on report of the revenue authorities that 128-07 acres of land is required for cattle grazing, keeping in view the population of cattle in the village, application of the petitioner for grant of quarry lease came to be rejected.
3. In the circumstances, there is no error found on the face of the record to review the order. Review Petition accordingly stands dismissed. Consequently, IA.I of 2019 filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the review petition also stands dismissed.
