ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly, the 2nd respondent in recommending to initiate action under Section 6(A) of the Essential Commodities Act by stating that the stocks at the petitioner’s dealership have been seized pursuant to the inspection dated 16.09.2014, contrary to the record as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional; consequently, direct the respondents not to come in the way of sale of kerosene oil from the dealership agency of the petitioner in pursuance of the inspection report dated 16.09.2014 or otherwise.”
At the hearing, Ms.Avani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36809 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
