This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct respondent Nos. 1 and 4 to conduct the elections to respondent No. 2 society by fixing time, copies of ballot papers for having conducted elections in the year 2013 are produced at Annexures A to C and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court passed the following;
O R D E R After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for petitioner submits that he has filed the writ petition seeking mandamus without making any demand. Accordingly, he seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.
