While entertaining the matter, following orders were passed on 09.08.2018:-
"Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that petitioner is untraceable since 25.4.2018 with all official records and an FIR has also been lodged against the petitioner. Such facts have clearly been withheld in the writ petition.
Before this Court proceeds to examine grievance of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to join and handover entire records to the concerned office. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner shall appear before the officer concerned on 13.8.2018 and shall deliver all records. If that is done, the matter shall be taken up again on 17.8.2018.
Put up in the additional cause list on 17.8.2018"
Even when the matter is taken up in the revised call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner to argue the matter. It is not shown that the order dated 09.08.2018 has been complied with.
In such circumstances, this petition is consigned to records.
