Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The case of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent is illegally interfering with the rights of petitioner over his property, in which connection he has made a representation to the local administration. For direction upon the local administration to take a decision on petitioner's representation, this petition has been filed.
As the fifth respondent is a private person and the dispute relates to right over private immovable property, the appropriate course for the petitioner is either to institute a civil proceeding before a civil court or to file a criminal complaint or first information report, as may be advised.
