The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 605/2011, within a time specified by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioners and is pending since the year 2011. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but still the evidence of the parties is being recorded.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
