JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajesh Chandra,J.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and have perused the impugned F.I.R.
The prayer made in the petition is quoted below;-
(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of calling the copy of injury report, post mortem report and dying declaration of Smt. Savitri Devi and quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 16.03.2010 registered in Crime case no. 299 of 2010 under Sections : 326/302, I.P.C., Police Station: Kotwali, District: Mahrajganj (contained Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition).
(b) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
(c) issue any other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(d) award the costs of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner.
The prayer is wholly bogus without any sense. While exercising power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India we cannot direct the investigation, parcha to be summoned to quash the F.I.R. This writ petition stands dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the petitioners be considered expeditiously, without unreasonable delay in the aforesaid crime no. 229 of 2010, under Sections 326/302 I.P.C., P.S. - Kotwali, District - Mahrajganj.
