JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER
and
THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ABDUL QUDDHOSE O.S.A.Nos.257 and 258 of 2017 and CMP No.16979 of 2017 Srinivasan ... Appellant in both appeals vs.
T.Chandravadhana ... Respondent in both appeals Appeals filed under Order XXXVI Rule 9 of O.S.Rules read with Clauses 15 of the Letters Patent, to set aside the fair and decreetal orders made in A.Nos.2014 and 2413 of 2017 respectively in O.P.No.388 of 2011.
For Appellant : Mr.K.Mohanamurali For Respondent : Mr.S.Viyayakumar COMMON JUDGMENT [Judgment of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.]
1. After some arguments, Mr.K.Mohanmurali, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks to withdraw the captioned appeals, with liberty to move the learned single Judge for visitation rights.
1.1 The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the paper book.
2. To be noted, upon being queried, the learned counsel for the appellant concedes that there was an order passed by the Court for grant of visitation rights over weekends.
2.1 The only grievance of the appellant is that he is not able to enforce the visitation rights on account of the fact that the respondent refuses to disclose her present address.
3. Curiously, the order granting visitation rights has not been placed before us. Therefore, we are unable to gather the scope and ambit of the said order. However, the appellant will have liberty to take recourse to the legal remedy to enforce any such order, albeit, in accordance with law.
4. To be noted, Mr.S.Vijayakumar, appears for the caveator.
Resultantly, the caveat is discharged.
5. The appeals are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected application will stand closed.
