The Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair orders and decretal orders dated 24.02.2015 and 07.09.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.519 of 2011 and 401 of 2015 in O.S.No.103 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Cuddalore.
For petitioners : Mr.D.Baskar in both CRP's COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that as nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petitions, the same have become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
