Order:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking declaration that the tender specifications mentioned in the prayer are illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice.
At the hearing, Mr.P.Giri Krishna, learned Counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.32569 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
