Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in not extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.13, Irrigation &CAD (PW: Reforms) Department, dated 07-02-2014, to the Petitioner in respect of Agreement No.74 of 2004-2005, dated 19-03-2005, in respect of Musurumilli Reservoir Project-Head Works, East Godavari District as illegal and unconstitutional and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.”
At the hearing, Mr.Prabhakar Sripada, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, interim order, dated 11-08-2014, as extended by further orders, is vacated and the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
