This appeal has been filed under Section 37(2) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging the order of interim attachment passed by the Arbitrator in I.A.No.1/2016 pending before the Arbitration proceedings.
2.It is represented by both counsel that pending arbitration proceedings, both the appellants and the respondents have resolved their dispute by entering into a Memorandum of Compromise, dated 10.08.2017 signed by the respective parties. In view of the same, the appeal is disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Compromise. The Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the judgement. No costs. Consequently, the connection miscellaneous petition is closed.
