ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of “Writ of Mandamus” declaring the action of the respondents in not approving the admissions of the petitioners and the consequential action of the 1st respondent in not allowing the petitioners to appear for the ongoing 1st semester 1st year MBA course as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to issue Hall Tickets and permit the petitioners to appear for the ongoing 1st year 1st semester MBA course commenced from 24.01.2014 and allow the petitioners to pursue the MBA course in the 3rd respondent college without any hindrance.”
At the hearing, Sri P.Narayana Swamy, learned counsel, representing Sri P.Pandu Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought permission for the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 28.01.2014, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.2371 and 23860 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
