2. The grievance in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in granting pattadar passbooks and title deeds, as sought for, by the petitioners with regard to the various extents of lands in survey numbers as mentioned in the prayer in the writ petition.
3. Learned Government Pleader, who has taken instructions, states, on that basis, that the pattadar passbooks and title deeds have been prepared and kept ready to be issued, but it is stated that applicants have not turned up so far to receive pattadar passbooks and title deeds and instead have approached this court by filing the writ petition.
4. Since the said instructions specifically state that the pattadar passbooks and title deeds are ready for issuance, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, petitioners are at liberty to approach respondent No.3 and take the said documents.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
