ORDER The petitioner is assailing the order dated 14.06.2018 in which the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.3,500/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent and further ordered notice to the petitioner while fixing the date as 28.07.2018. The court below has passed the aforesaid order on 14.06.2018 as an interim measure and the matter was listed on 28.07.2018. The petitioner had liberty of making necessary application for modification of the order dated 14.06.2018. Since the impugned order is passed as an interim measure, the petitioner has not made out a case.
