2. The petition is admitted for hearing and the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 13.04.2017 and 04.05.2017 (Annexures-D & E) respectively.
4. In view of the above facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 13.04.2017 and 04.05.2017 (Annexures-D & E) respectively by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
