Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 01.12.2020 being Case Crime No.593 of 2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 354(kha) IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Bilari, District- Moradabad and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted on 18.01.2021 being Charge sheet No.19 of 2021 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
