The learned Ombudsman has filed report No.124/2013 based on the complaint filed by one Krishnakumar. The matter relates to Palliparambukavu Temple at Tripunithura. The specific complaint is with regard to the conduct of Guruthi therein. According to the complainant, it should be conducted outside the “Paridhi”. In spite of a finding in the Ashtamangalya Prashnam, it was conducted outside the Pradikshina Vazhi. At the time when the matter reached before the learned Ombudsman, the Guruthi was already conducted on 4.1.2013 and even though the complainant was directed to give further suggestions in the matter and file a reply, no reply was filed.
2. We are of the view that the matter will be duly considered by the Board and they will take appropriate remedial action, if any, required.
The D.B.P. is accordingly disposed of.
