Heard Sri G.N.Mourya, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondents ton conclude the fair and impartial investigation of case crime No.99 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Chaubeypur, District Kanpur Nagar and to arrest the accused.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondents for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner and to arrest the accused.
Learned AGA has pointed out that the victim is a major girl, she is voluntarily living with the accused respondent no.4 on her own sweet will and she has appeared in the concerned police station and has given her statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. to that effect.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
