After the writ petition was entertained and an order dated 23.07.2019 has been passed by this Court in the present petition, a subsequent order of transfer has been passed against the petitioner on 27.07.2019, copy whereof has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of such development this petition has lost its efficacy.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
