ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct respondents to consider the application dated 21.10.2013 of petitioner vide Annexure-A for appointment as LPG Distributor for Davanagere as per guidelines, March 2015 issued by respondent No.1.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
