Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.1 Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ghazipur to decide the Original Suit No. 238 of 2014 (Srikant Singh vs. Ramji Singh and others) within stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.1 Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ghazipur to decide the Original Suit No. 238 of 2014 (Srikant Singh vs. Ramji Singh and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
