Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the District in the writ petition.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case bearing no. 1483 of 2012-2013 (Shridhar Vs. Smt. Ramveti and Subhash Chandra) under Section 34/35 U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, pending in the Court of Tehseeldar Chhibramau, District Kannauj, may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case bearing no. 1483 of 2012-2013 (Shridhar Vs. Smt. Ramveti and Subhash Chandra) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
