The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of two suits pending. O.S. No. 178/2012 was filed in the District Court, Thalassery during vacation. O.S. No. 406/2013 is on the file of the Court of the Munsiff of Kuthuparamba.

2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Kuthuparamba to dispose of the aforesaid suits within a time frame. The same shall be done within a period of six months from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
