Rajendrakumar Sungay, Advocate) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent University to issue the marks card of the first, second and third semester of B.Ed course for the students at Annexure-Z by declaring their third semester results.
These Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioner has sought for direction to respondent-University to issue the marks cards of the first, second and third semester of B.Ed course for the students, declaring their third semester results.
2. The petitioner is an Institution recognized by the NCTE affiliated with the respondent-University. In the earlier round of litigation in writ petition No.51179/2017 and allied matters dated 11.04.2019, this Court has directed the University to approve the admission of the students admitted for the academic session 2017-2018 and permitted such students to appear for the examination conducted during the March/April-2019 for the second year B.Ed course. The said decision has reached finality. In view of the same the respondent-University is obligated to declare the third semester results of the students admitted during the academic session 2017-2018 and to issue marks cards and the certificates of the first, second and third semester of B.Ed course.
3. Hence, respondent-University is directed to declare the results of the students of the petitioner- Institution who got admitted during the year 2017-2018 relating to the third semester and issue the respective marks cards and the certificates as aforesaid subject to the eligibility to the course, in an expedite manner.
The writ petitions stand disposed of in terms of above.
