ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo in which it is stated that the tender which has been impugned by the petitioner in the instant petition has been withdrawn insofar as it pertains to two items in respect of which the petitioner has submitted his bid and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
