( By Sri. E.S. Indiresh, AGA) ...Respondents These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the R-1 to 4 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 19.01.2017, 5.9.2017, 2.1.2018 and 5.2.2018 vide Annexure-A to D.
These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ Group, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Sri. R Jagadeesh learned Counsel for Sri J.C. Kumar, for the petitioners.
Sri. E.S. Indiresh, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
The petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the petitions are heard finally.
2. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek a direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 19.01.2017,05.09.2017, 02.01.2018 and 05.02.2018 at Annexures-A to D.
3. When the petitions were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners within fixed time limit.
4. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
