ORDER:
The petitioners preferred the Writ Petition for mandamus directing the respondents neither to dispossess petitioners nor undertake construction activity i n Sy.Nos. 158 and 159 of Madaram village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without recourse to law.
This Court through interim order dated 17.12.2008 protected the interest of the petitioners.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that a preliminary survey of petition land was undertaken by the department and there is no intention to deviate from the procedure stipulated either for dispossession or acquisition of petitioners’ land. He further submits that as and when work is taken up, the procedure stipulated by the Land Acquisition Act will be followed and that the grievance of the petitioner is presumptuous. The stand of the learned Government Pleader is taken on record and accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
