THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.377/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A)(1)(iv) and 509 of IPC, pending on the file of II A.C.J.M., Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned SPP-II for the respondent No.1 – State and perused the records.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II for respondent No.1 submits that on completion of the investigation, ‘B’ report is submitted before the jurisdictional Court on 12.01.2017 and the same is accepted by the learned Magistrate on 02.11.2017.
4. In view of the above submission, the petition does not survive for consideration and hence, the petition is dismissed.
In view of the dismissal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2016 does not survive for consideration and the same is dismissed.
