O R D E R Learned counsel for petitioner is absent. Heard learned Addl. SPP for respondent No.1–State. Perused the records.
2. Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.712/2014 pending on the file of learned VII Addl. CMM, Bengaluru.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Addl.
SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted that after investigation, charge sheet was submitted before the court and the same was numbered as C.C.No.20689/2016 and the matter has ended in compromise vide order dated 29.06.2017.
In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/16 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
