Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent herein in his proceedings No.19283/U1/2003-DP-07, dated 18.06.2003 and to quash the same and to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2003.
For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, A.G.P., O R D E R The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition challenging the rejection order passed by the respondent for issuing no objection certificate for establishing the Teacher Training Institute, during the year 2002-03.
2. It is not know as to whether the petitioner has complied with the conditions raised in the rejection order for issuance of No objection Certificate. Moreover, the order has been passed as early as in the year 2003 and 14 years have passed. Hence, by this time the writ petition should have become infructuous.
3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
