Judgment:
This Appeal is filed against Judgment and Decree, dated 10-12-2012, in OS.No.2 of 2007, on the file of the Court of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirupathi.
Mr.T.Balaji, learned Counsel for the appellant, has circulated Letter, dated 17-07-2014, to the Registry wherein he has informed that the parties have settled the dispute out of Court and that therefore, the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.
At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter.
In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of.
