O R D E R:
Aggrieved by the proceedings dated 01.04.2001 and 23.09.2002 denying an eksal lease patta to it in respect of an extent of Acs.33.00 of Lanka land in Survey Nos.323, 324 etc., of Pedapatnam Lanka Village, Mamidikuduru Mandal, East Godavari District, the petitioner society approached this Court.
2. By order dated 23.12.2004, this Court directed status quo obtaining as on that day to be maintained.
3. As the prayer of the petitioner society was for grant of an eksal lease in the year 2004, the relief sought has worked itself out in view of the interim order.
4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim order shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
