2. In view of the order dated 14.12.2018, this appeal was set for dismissal after two weeks. Thereafter, the appeal was posted on 10.01.2019, but there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the respondents. The matter was posted again on 12.02.2019 and there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even today when the case was called out, learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared and no steps are taken.
3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution.
