Sri.H.Sadashiva Poojari, S/o Late Ranga Poojari, Aged about 55 years, No.17, 1st Cross, Pattegarapalya, Bengaluru – 560079. …Respondents (By Sri.R.B.Sadasivappa, Adv. for R1 to R3 R4 served, unrepresented) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order dated 12.06.2017 passed on the impleading application on IA No.VI, in O.S.No.1941/2011 by the learned Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru City as per Annex-E and thereby to dismiss the application filed by the R-1 to 3/plaintiffs under Order I Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 of the CPC and etc.
