ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the petitioner has to file appropriate application before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, and as such liberty be given to withdraw this petition and file necessary application before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal.
Subject to all exceptions in law, the petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file necessary application before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal.
