2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the parties, the same is heard finally.

In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to respondent No.3 to furnish him a copy of the complaint after hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to supply a copy of the complaint filed by respondent No.4 to the petitioner referred to in the impugned notice dated 28.01.2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
