THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO CALL FOR THE ENTIRE RECORDS; DIRECT R-3 TO FURNISH THE COPY OF THE COMPLAINT DATED NIL SUBMITTED BY R-4 AS REFERRED TO WIN THE IMPUGNED NOTICE DATED 28.01.2017 ISSUED BY R-3 AT ANNEX-A.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Mr.M.Krishnappa, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr.C.Jagadeesh, learned special counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to respondent No.3 to furnish him a copy of the complaint after hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to supply a copy of the complaint filed by respondent No.4 to the petitioner referred to in the impugned notice dated 28.01.2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
