This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C., pleased to:
a) call for records from the 1st Additional Chief Judiccial Magistrate, Bangalore Rural District, Bengaluru in Crl. Misc.No.191/2011 and to set aside the same;
b) Call for records from the Court of IX Addl. District and Session Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru dt.14.08.2017 in Crl.No.Appeal No.7/2015 and to set aside the same etc.
This Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Proxy counsel prays a week’s time to comply with the office objections. But this Court, by order dated 15.10.2019 has passed the peremptory order by granting a week’s time to comply with the office objections, till date, office objections have not been complied.
In view of the peremptory order, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
