JUDGMENT When the matter had come up before this Court on 16.10.2019 for the seventh time for compliance of office objections, though the case was called twice, neither there was any representation nor the office objections were complied with. In order to give one more opportunity, one week’s time was granted to the appellant for compliance of office objections failing which the matter would be listed for dismissal. Therefore, the matter is listed today for dismissal.
2. Even today when the matter is called twice during the Pre-Lunch Session as well as in the Post- Lunch Session, none appears for the appellant nor there is compliance of office objections.
3. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
