THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-2 TO CONSIDER THE WRITTEN REPRESENTATION DATED 27.4.2018 SUBMITTED BY THE 2ND PETITIONER AT ANNEX-M AGAINST THE R-3 IN TERMS OF THE ORDER DATED 27.3.2018 PASSED BY THE STATE PUBLIC INFORMATION COMMISSIONER AT ANEX-L TO W.P. FORTHWITH, UNDER THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the written representation dated 27.04.2018 submitted by 2nd petitioner at Annexure-M against the 3rd respondent in terms of the order dated 27.03.2018 passed by the State Public Information Commissioner at Annexure-L to the writ petition forthwith.
4. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that suitable action on the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already decided shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
