JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.19536 of 2009 Between:
1. Sri Veereshawara Swami Temple Rep. by its Founder Family Member M.V. Ramalingeshwar Rao, and another PETITIONERS AND 1. The Assistant Commissioner of Endowments, Krishna District, Vijayawada, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Sri W.B. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
