O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Heard learned SPP-II for the respondent.
The petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.220/2015 registered against him for the offence punishable under section 353 of Indian Penal Code pending on the file of 1st Addl. Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Kolar.
2. As investigation is completed and charge sheet is laid against the petitioner for the above offence, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek his discharge on such grounds available under law, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
