ORDER:
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12144 of 2014 Petitioner is a Society. Third respondent executed unconditional gift deed, which was registered through bearing document No.4361/2012, dated 07.12.2012, in favour of petitioner society gifting the land to an extent of 2453 square yards, vacant site in D.No.93/B, Tatikonda Revenue Mandal, Guntur. Subsequently, third respondent cancelled the registered gift deed bearing document No.4361/2012, through registered document bearing No.6546/2013, dated 18.12.2013. Thereafter, the property was sold to the fourth respondent and sale deed was registered through document bearing No.49/2014, dated 31.12.2013. Challenging the registration of deed of cancellation of gift deed and subsequent sale by 3rd respondent to 4th respondent, petitioner instituted this writ petition.
2. During pendency of the writ petition, petitioner as well as respondents 3 and 4 amicably resolved the dispute. They have filed a joint memo to that effect. The terms of joint memo read as under:
i. That the cancellation Deed bearing Doc.No. 4361/2012, dated 07.12.2012 shall get re-cancelled by the 3rd respondent along with the petitioner and thereby the gift deed dt.7.12.2012 bearing Doc.No.4361/2012 shall be acted upon and the aim and object of executing the Gift Deed by 3rd respondent to the petitioner is for construction of temple will be fulfilled after obtaining necessary permissions from the authorities concerned.

ii. The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have further agreed that the sale deed obtained by the 4th respondent from the 3rd respondent bearing Doc.No.49/2014 dated 31.12.2013 shall get cancelled by way of cancellation of Sale deed to be executed among the respondent Nos.3 and 4 and thereby the 4th respondent shall withdraw the suit O.S.No.6/2014 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
3. Parties are present in the Court and they are identified by their respective counsels. Parties pray to dispose of the writ petition by recording the terms of joint memo.
4. The joint memo filed by petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 is taken on record and the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
