1. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioner. However, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:
“(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to dislodge Electrical Pole, Electrical Cable, Transformer & Other Accessories Planted/ erected on the land Khata No. 26, Gata No. 451 measuring 0.6370 Hectare, Gata No. 455 measuring 2.3150 Hectare, Gata No. 456 measuring 0.829 Hectare and Gata No. 471 measuring 0.9870 Hectare total area 4.7660 Hectare situated at Village Sathariyav Pargana & Tehsil Sadar, District Fatehpur with Pargana & Tehsil Sadar, District Fatehpur with immediate effect and to compensate the land owner for the loss incurred due to illegal establishment Electrification form who ever is responsible for.”
3. However, we ourselves have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.

Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
